DSEI 2023 was our best yet and a great way to cap off a decade of attending one of the largest Defence and Aerospace shows in the world. To showcase all of our new products and our newest and most exciting projects, we had two stands at this year's event. This gave us the chance to see far more people and discuss even more prospective opportunities to help with motion control solutions for novel applications.
As usual, we had many in-depth discussions regarding our actuators and customisation capabilities. We distribute COTS / MCOTS products from key, high-end suppliers, and, where their capabilities reach their limit, we can either customise or create a bespoke actuator solution to fit your specific requirements.
One slight difference to previous shows was our ability to speak more about the projects we undertake in the Defence sector. Through trusted partnerships and successfully delivered programs, we have more and more applications our customers are happy for us to discuss. Amongst these, we were delighted to be able to discuss the RBSL Challenger 3 Tank application. You can find more about that specific project in our press release from earlier this year here!
DSEI is always a good opportunity to catch up with existing customers as well as new ones, so it was great to see Griffon Hoverwork, RBSL and many others at the event once more.
As well as new products and applications stories from our existing product ranges from Exlar Electric Roller Screw Actuators, ANCA Tubular Linear Actuators and ESI Motion Milspec, Aerospace and Space ready motor drives, we had two new product ranges making their debuts. Netzer Rotary Encoders offer either analogue and digital, standard or customised or high-performance absolute rotary encoders which are suitable for applications including Aerospace & Defence, Harsh Environment, Industrial, Medical and Automotive applications. Also, our ThinGap Motors range was on display. These high-performance, zero-cogging slotless motor kits are ideal for applications requiring smooth motion, precision actuation and deep integration.
We are already planning our approach to DSEI 2025 which will see our largest stand display so far, with more moving product demos and even more exciting successfully completed project applications to show you!
